The first place was Porteau Cove – I’ll be going back to camp there for sure! The campsites had amazing views of Howe Sound. I could definitely see myself waking up and drinking coffee on the water’s edge. It might have to wait atill the weather warms a bit though – it was COLD!!!
Pretty windy too – in this shot we could see the weather changing before our eyes.
Next stop was Britannia – I’ve always wanted to take some photos of the rusty old boat and the shack there.
We found a trail and wandered along the coastline for awhile.
I also decided to take a closer look at some of the plants coming out for Spring. The way these little guys captured water droplets was amazing!
A great exploration day of nature in it’s larger and small forms.
