Friday, May 7th, 2010When I met Maria and Alex for their maternity session, they were expecting a girl. Friends and family had given them pink towels etc and they had names picked out. What a surprise then to meet baby Oliver who had kept his gender a total secret.

Alex dropped in on his lunch break for a few shots with his son. I think Oliver was the hungrier of the two though

julia’s newborn shoot
Thursday, April 15th, 2010Nicole and Joe had booked in for a maternity shoot for a few weeks ago but little Julia had other ideas, arriving about three weeks early. I got to meet the three of them yesterday. At a couple of weeks old Julia is just a tiny wee thing.

Julia wanted cuddles cuddles and more cuddles and refused to be put down so we had to be a bit creative to get this shot.

Saturday, March 6th, 2010I met Kim and Oren at the end of January when they came in for a maternity shoot. Little Evan arrived a bit early and so they were able to bring him in for his baby shoot at just 11 days old.

Monday, November 30th, 2009One of the things I really love about baby shoots is that they are never ever the same. You just can’t predict how active, alert, placid, happy, sleepy, hungry etc a babe will be. We totally work around them and timing is loosely scheduled to make sure that we have enough time. In the case of Hailey however, nothing was a problem….
Here she is, one of the calmest little ones I’ve had the pleasure of meeting….

Thursday, February 12th, 2009Little Aki came in with his family for his first photoshoot. He is about 8 weeks old and a pretty cute little guy.
He found the session quite puzzling and was serious for most of it…..
Although we did manage to get a few little smiles….
